Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Each order is handcrafted in small batches with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We offer the following options:

  • Shipping Transit  2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Free Shipping — on orders over $100.00 (if applicable)

Domestic Shipping (US) We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via [USPS / UPS / FedEx — choose your carrier].

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages Nostalgia Nest & Apothecary is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 of delivery at admin@nostalgianestapothecary.com with photos of the damage and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@nostalgianestapothecary.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
